    How can you report a complaint or return?

    You have bought a product in the shop, but you are not completely satisfied? Which can! For example, if the product is damaged during transport, your order is incorrect, or you have another question, we would like to hear from you!

    Damaged product

    Have you received a product, but is it damaged? Then follow the steps below:

    • Send us an email within 5 days with clear photos and a description of the damaged product,
    • Mention your order number in the e-mail at all times,
    • We aim to contact you within 4 working days and look for a suitable solution.

    Wrong order

    Have you received a package, but the order is incorrect? Then follow the steps below:
    • Send us an email within 5 days with clear photos and a description of the wrong product,
    • Mention your order number in the e-mail at all times,
    • We aim to contact you within 4 working days to correct the order.

    Displeased

    Have you received a product, but are you still not satisfied? Then follow the steps below:
    • Send us an email within 5 days with an explanation why you are not satisfied,
    • Mention your order number in the e-mail at all times,
    • We strive to contact you within 4 working days and look for a suitable solution,
    • Return? We only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused. Any return costs are for your own account.
